
Hey i am BACK!!
Well I have not blogged in a while I am sure you all have noticed. :P
The one thing I realized over the period I failed to blog is that when I was blogging I was actually keeping up with my workouts - for me this blog is an open journal or maybe a mirror ...idk.... but w.e it is it definitely helped me stay motivated and pressing play.
Well its time to RESTART - GET READY TO GET MY AWESOME!!! :P BLOG ENTRIES IN YOUR EMAIL!!! -(that is if you are cool and are subscribed to me :P)
OK well I need some opinions - which workout should i do REV ABs - INSANITY or P90x????
