DAY -1 RESTART




Today is my first day back on schedule - (this means you will be getting a lot of updates)

Insanity - Morning (reserved time 1hr)
P90x - Night (reserved time 1hr:30min)

Lets see how long I can keep up with this

The challenge is for 50 days

(Warning : potential of injury HIGH - possibility of over training - HIGH)

This is going to be brutal but its about time to step up the game!

I will be also posting body bugg updates! (calories burnt vs consumed)

Supplements - Shakeology (Chocolate)

Also this time around I am really trying to get a video / audio blog going

Hopefully who ever is following me gets motivated to step up their game
