BodyBugg Goal



Thanks to bodybugg!! - goal is to burn 3200 cal everyday and consume about 2250 cal = 950 cal deficit!

Goal is to get lean increase muscle and lower body fat% to about 10 % massive goal to be achieved by Nov 19th

Here is an bodybugg update on my day 1 stats from my chest and back P90x workout. Sunday Aug 22nd



Ok So I had Chocolate ice cream :D
my goal is 65% Carb 20% Protein 15 % Fats



Every marking = 6 mins


Goal steps to be taken every day 10,000 and 2 hours of activity!
