
Ok so after day 1 of insanity and p90x I am super sore and slept 3 extra hours - I definitely cant do that everyday - I think I need to come back to earth and change it up p90x on day 1 and insanity day 2. (Maybe later in the future when I am a moose I can do that on the same day but for now ill just stick to one exercise a day)
1. I want to achieve my goal without getting injured.
2. Resting between exercise sessions is mighty important
