
March 24th - DAY 10 - Shoulder and Arms
I really feel I gained some strength back in my arms and especially shoulders.
I could lift dumbbells instead of using the bans in many of the exercises CRAZY.
Feeling great - don't expect to be sore (I hope not)
BTW something I wanted to mention - this is the first time - when I was doing the ab ripper x - DUDE MY ABS ACTUALLY FELT A CRAMP and i had to stop WHAT never had ab CRAMPS - CRAZY
Waited a while and then finished the workout
no chicken here all beef baby haha :P
