YOGA!!!!
Oh man love this work out (it was too long though so I think I'd rather do the one on one with Tony Horton yoga workout, its only 45 mins) I definitely don't have time for 1:30 mins of yoga no way.
It felt great lots of stretching helped with the soreness.
Yoga is a must exercise and a lot of people don't incorporate this in their workouts. Yoga not only helps with building strength and flexibility it also helps improves balance and reduces work out related injuries.
If you don't already try to add yoga into you workout schedule.
