WEEK 2
Monday - DAY-8 (March 22nd)
WOOHOO - I have started to love Monday's because of "CHEST AND BACK" Love this workout.
Upper body workouts is my thing - sad in a way cause it used to be all lower body workouts before.
Second time doing this workout week 2 - Just a little sore was not bad at all.
